How do I return an item?
Please contact customer service for more information on returning an item. Please contact us and we will issue a return merchandise authorization number.
Diapers, diaper accessories and carriers are a FINAL sale.
We will accept returns of brand new, unopened/unwashed regular priced products within 30 days of purchase. Returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning products. It is highly recommended to use a tracking/insured method. Upon receipt and inspection of products, a credit or refund will be issued if return meets criteria of brand new condition.
We only accept returns from original purchaser with receipt for proof of purchase.
If the failure of an aspect of a product is covered by manufacturer's warranty, we will assist in rectifying the product with the manufacturer.
