We accept Interac, Visa, Mastercard and American Express payments through our online shopping cart. This website utilizes Paypal for payment processing. Paypal is a safe, secure, and efficient way to process payments for goods purchased online. Please visit

Payments by cash, debit, and Credit Cards are also accepted for a local pickup order. Please contact us via phone or email to place your order if you wish to pay by cash as our system does not currently provide the cash option. Please also email or phone for a mutually convenient time to pick up your order, or inform us of this through the comments area during checkout. Also remember that a purchase of $50.00 or more (before taxes & before coupons) within Calgary qualifies for free delivery!
In what currency do you price goods?
Pricing at Nature’s Baby Basket is in the Canadian dollar. GST of 5% is added to your order at checkout. Orders from the United States are not charged GST, however may be subject to other taxes, customs fees and/or cross-border processing fees. Non-Canadian buyers are responsible for any fees or taxes assessed due to importing products from us.
What is your Customer Service policy?
At Nature’s Baby Basket we strive to send out every order in a timely fashion and in correct condition. Except when or where otherwise noted (holidays, special order items) orders are shipped within 2-3 business days from the time the order is placed. If ever you find your order shipped to you in error (items missing, incorrect items or significant flaws), we will take immediate action to correct the problem, simply contact us by phone or email. In addition, if it is found we have erred in your order we will compensate you by giving you 10% off your next order. Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us!
How do I return or exchange items?
If you are not fully satisfied or find that you have ordered the wrong size or style, you have 30 days from shipping date to return the item for exchange or refund. Contact us by email or phone to discuss the issue with us first as we need to be aware of the return. Please note that items requested by special order are exempted from this policy and are generally a final sale (we will work with you to find something that works on an individual basis). All special order requests are subjected to a 20% restocking fee and the remainder will be granted in store credit only.
All shipping costs will be incurred by the customer and items must be returned unused, unwashed, and unsoiled, in original packaging and/or tags intact. Once the item has been received back and inspected, the exchange item will be sent out, or the return item purchase price will be credited back to you as a store credit. A restocking fee of up to 20% may be assessed to the customer (or removed from the refunded or credited value). If the item that was received fell under a “free shipping” promotion or met the price level for it, the refund credit will be for the purchase price, less what the actual shipping cost would have been for the product. In addition, we are not able to refund any shipping costs originally charged.
What do you charge for shipping?
Within Calgary, free local delivery with purchases of $50.00 or more. We will be in contact with you to arrange a delivery date and time. If your purchase is less than $50.00 (before tax, before coupons), local delivery will still apply, but is subject to a $5.00 fee. You are also more than welcome to pick up your purchase, just give me a call or email to arrange a mutually convenient time!

Please note that customs fees may apply to orders made outside of Canada. We are unable to estimate customs charges and you as the customer assume the risk and responsibilities of payment for these charges.
Do you use recycled materials for shipping your products?
Yes! At Nature’s Baby Basket we choose recycled materials to secure your items, and re-use boxes and packaging whenever possible. The bags we provide for local delivery and pickups are also made from recycled paper, manufactured in Canada, and are completely recyclable (they also make great gift bags). We are all consumers, but the way in which we choose to consume makes a difference on this one earth we live on.
