Includes 1 Maxi Pad & 1 Maxi Basic Liner.  Suitable for average menstrual flow or light incontinence. Maxi Pad and Liner are each 10” (25.5cm) long and approximately 2.5” (6.5cm) wide when fastened.

Additional Maxi Basic or Wing Liners may be added to increase absorbency and prevent leaks. A single Pad will get you through a full day of your cycle, provided that the Liner is changed before soaking through. Liners will last approximately as long per use as a comparably-sized disposable pad or tampon.
